With six tablespoons of butter and two handfuls of cheese for that one bowl of "veggie pasta" my cholesterol went up 10 points just by watching the video.  Perhaps if it was steamed instead and then a rich balsamic vinegar was added with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil with two tablespoons of your preferred seasoning along with dry toasted almond slices it might taste pretty good and also be healthy for you.  Just a thought.
